Catch "Unreachable email" early

Our customers often ask about ways to stop bad users early. To help you detect more bad actors and secure in-app events, Castle leverages Email Intelligence to analyze who is trying to use your services.

Recently we introduced enhancements to our Email Intelligence analysis:

• The email.unreachable property, and
• The Unreachable email signal.

Using unreachable email at registration is a strong indicator that the email cannot be verified. In such cases, you can use this new signal to:

• Block or challenge registrations with unreachable emails.
• Discover who is using fake emails in your system.
• Identify attempts to update previously reachable emails to fake ones, indicating a possible attack on those accounts.

This signal analyzes email domains to give you the most comprehensive information possible.
