Introducing: Integration via Segment

Good news for Segment customers! A while back, we launched our client side integration, which offers a super quick way to get started with tracking events to Castle. Apart from being easy to integration, the client side events also offer great insights in fraud investigations as you're able to see everything your users has been up to. Today, we're happy to announce an even easier way of getting started with Castle. As a customer of Segment, you can enable the client side event tracking by a flick of a switch.

Improved

Advanced table filters

To be able to easily group data is one of the most powerful features of the Explore view as this allows you to e.g. quickly find users, devices or IPs involved in an attack. Today, we're launching two new filters that will make this view even more powerful

Added

Introducing: Lists

Today, we're happy to launch a new, powerful feature in the Castle product: Lists! The goal with Castle is to help you both find, manage and stop fraud, and Lists will greatly help in all of those areas.

More string filters available

Today, we've introduced three new ways of matching strings in the available filter options: "contains", "start with" and "end with". This opens up a lot more flexibility when it comes to finding patterns, for example searching emails that end with "gmail.com", IPs that start with "1.1.1" or User Agent strings containing "Firefox"

Improved

Scores available in API response

Some time ago, Castle launched a dedicated bot score as well as account takeover score, in addition to the more general Castle score, which looks more broadly at abusive behaviors. These three scores have been available to search, filter and create policies on in the Castle Dashboard for some time now, and today we're making them all available in the Risk and Filter API responses.
